Our Deep Plane Multi-Vector Facelift is a comprehensive facelift that addresses all the most common signs of facial aging including removing loose neck and chin skin (often called a turkey neck), reducing mid-face sagging, contouring the cheeks, and tightening the jowl area. Because this facelift technique addresses all the signs of aging, it is always recommended as the best option for patients. We do offer other options for patients who may not be ready for the most advanced techniques.

Our Standard SMAS Facelift relies on the same structures as a deep plane facelift but the amount of undermining and subsequent improvement is much less. Rejuvenate the mid-face and lower facial areas in a single procedure.

How Long It Lasts
Each procedure has its own longevity: a Ponytail Lift lasts 2 to 3 years; a Mini Jawlift lasts 2 to 5 years; a Mid-Facelift lasts 5 to 10 years; a Standard SMAS lasts 5 to 7 years; and a Deep Plane Multi-Vector Face & Neck Lift lasts 12.5 to 15 years.
