I was very happy with time of first meeting with Dr. Dorner and staff, to time I was able to schedule surgery. Samantha contacted my insurance company and was able to get my pre-authorization, taken care of in a matter of weeks. I have now had three procedures and at least two more in future. I know I will be as pleased with them as I have been in the past.
