First off, I absolutely LOVE the staff at Dorner. Front desk, the nursing staff, patient coordinators, medical assistants (Melody makes my day) and of course Dr. Dorner himself. From my consultation to every follow up, phone call or text, someone has always been available for help or support. Second, Dr. Dorner is insanely talented. He is detail-oriented while still remaining caring on a patient level. My communication with him the entire time was honest and prompt. The procedures I chose were ones that were quite complex, and I needed to make sure the surgeon I chose could adequately handle it. Dorner handled my situation with such care and diligence, while also being transparent with me about recovery time and results.
